THE MOMENT

An objection.
A better question.

CommitmentFlow demo coaching prompt: Don't argue. Ask: Help me understand — what's the concern? Direct rejection. Validate first, then explore the real reason.
“Help me understand—
what’s the concern?”

Before coaching a response, find out what the buyer actually needs you to address.

Discuss recurring reviews

See the approach first

The free introductory meeting covers a simulated conversation, coaching prompts and an example manager review. A Phoenix or Scottsdale office walkthrough can be arranged separately.

A service, with personal review

You receive analysis and coaching deliverables. Richard operates the proprietary platform; software ownership, source code and deployment rights stay with Gizato Labs. Production live-coaching rollout is scoped separately.

Bring a high-level overview of your team’s needs to the demo. Borrower files and confidential call content are not needed. We agree scope, authorized use, secure transfer and processing arrangements before any transcripts are shared.

SELECTED COACHING WORK

The moment.
The coaching response.

These excerpts come from my work on CommitmentFlow, a conversation-coaching product I developed. Below each screen, I explain how the same coaching approach applies to B2B sales.

Screens captured from CommitmentFlow’s built-in demo. The commentary and suggested B2B wording are generalized adaptations; these are not client outcomes.

01

Objection handling

Find the concern behind the objection.

CommitmentFlow demo coaching prompt: Don't argue. Ask: Help me understand — what's the concern? Direct rejection. Validate first, then explore the real reason.
CommitmentFlow · Product-demo excerptView excerpt ↗

The coaching focus

When a buyer pushes back, a longer pitch can miss the point. First find out whether the concern is cost, risk, trust or timing. Then coach the rep to respond to that specific issue.

What to practice: Pause the pitch. Ask one useful question. Listen to the answer before choosing a response.

ADAPTED FOR A B2B CONVERSATION

“Which part concerns you most: the investment, the rollout or the value you expect to get?”
02

Keeping the conversation useful

Revisit the reason for the conversation.

CommitmentFlow demo momentum prompt: Vague = fading. Re-anchor: You mentioned goal — still priority? Non-committal language means momentum is dying.
CommitmentFlow · Product-demo excerptView excerpt ↗

The coaching focus

A vague reply is a reason to ask, not a reason to guess. Before sending another brochure or demo, check whether the original goal still matters and what is making the next step difficult.

What to practice: Reconnect the follow-up to the buyer’s stated goal. Check your interpretation with them.

ADAPTED FOR A B2B CONVERSATION

“You mentioned [business goal]. Is that still a priority, or has something changed since we last spoke?”
03

The decision process

Help the next stakeholder evaluate the decision.

CommitmentFlow demo coaching prompt: What would help them say yes? I can prepare a summary. Third-party deferral — offer to arm them with the right info.
CommitmentFlow · Product-demo excerptView excerpt ↗

The coaching focus

When another person needs to weigh in, give the buyer something useful to share. Clarify what that stakeholder needs to evaluate, prepare the right summary and agree a sensible follow-up.

What to practice: Identify the person, the information they need and the next conversation. Avoid assuming their approval.

ADAPTED FOR A B2B CONVERSATION

“What will your colleague need to see to evaluate this? I can put together a short summary for them.”

The $395 diagnostic applies this approach to your client’s existing transcripts. It is a focused review with useful coaching notes; the live CommitmentFlow product is a separate project.

FOR B2B AGENCIES · WHITE-LABEL DIAGNOSTIC

Discuss the expanded scope

What I need from you

Three existing, speaker-labeled B2B discovery or qualification transcripts. Include the offer, ideal buyer, desired next step and agreed evaluation rubric.

Before sharing call content

We agree scope, authorized use, secure transfer, retention and processing arrangements first. Remove unnecessary personal information from the material.

Transcript review only. Audio transcription, live CRM integration and ongoing rep management are outside this scope. Three calls can surface coaching opportunities; they do not establish revenue loss or promise conversion gains.

YOUR REVIEWER

Richard Tenore

Director of AI Enablement
Gizato Labs & Design Works

I built CommitmentFlow around a practical coaching question: what is happening in this conversation, and what would make the next response more useful?

For your agency, I apply that approach to a contained review of your client’s calls. I personally review the final work, tie recommendations to what was actually said and separate observations from questions that need more context.

Your client sees your agency’s work. You have a direct point of contact behind it.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before we begin.

What exactly is included in the $395 diagnostic?

Three existing, speaker-labeled B2B discovery or qualification transcripts, up to 60 minutes combined, for one client, one team and one sales motion. You receive a one-page manager brief with evidence-backed coaching priorities and two rewritten follow-up messages. Richard Tenore personally reviews the final client deliverables.

Can my agency present the work under its own brand?

Yes. The diagnostic is designed for white-label delivery. Your agency keeps its brand, client relationship and resale pricing. We agree the branding and delivery format before starting.

How soon will we receive the diagnostic?

Delivery is three business days after the complete transcripts, business context, evaluation rubric and data-processing arrangements are agreed. The clock starts when those inputs and arrangements are complete.

How does the credit toward the $1,500 pilot work?

The $395 fee is credited toward a $1,500 expanded pilot for the same client and sales motion. The expanded pilot covers up to 10 transcripts and 300 minutes total, including the first three transcripts. The remaining fee is $1,105. It adds a manager summary, coaching notes, and draft follow-ups and CRM notes.

What should we send first?

Start with your agency website and a short description of the client or sales motion you want to review. Before sharing call content, we agree scope, authorized use, secure transfer, retention and processing arrangements. Remove unnecessary personal information. Please do not attach confidential transcripts to your initial inquiry.

Do you need recordings or access to our CRM?

The diagnostic uses existing transcripts. Audio transcription, live CRM integration and ongoing rep management are outside this scope. Draft CRM notes are included only in the expanded pilot; no live system access is needed for this diagnostic.

Does this guarantee a conversion or revenue increase?

Three calls can surface useful coaching opportunities, but they do not establish revenue loss or predict a conversion lift. Findings distinguish what the transcripts show from questions that need more evidence. The CommitmentFlow screenshots are product-demo excerpts; the brief preview is fictional. Neither presents a customer outcome.
