Shipping Policy

eBay orders

For products ordered on eBay, review the listing's handling time, shipping cost and delivery estimate for your address. Use your eBay order details for tracking and delivery help.

Direct-store orders

The rates below apply to eligible direct Gizato orders paid through Stripe and to eligible orders placed through the Gizato Shopify store. Shipping charges and delivery terms for eBay purchases are shown on the applicable eBay listing.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States shipping

We currently ship only to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout.

Each product checkout offers $8 standard shipping or $15 express shipping within the United States. Applicable tax and your final total are shown before payment. Express shipping does not change order processing time.

Each Stripe checkout is for one item. For example, the XL Heart is $64.99, or $72.99 with standard shipping before tax. Separate checkouts each carry their selected shipping charge. For a multi-item purchase, contact support before ordering so availability and shipping can be confirmed.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information will be provided when available. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with updated information and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or otherwise delayed after dispatch, email chevydelacruz@gizatolabs.com with your order number and tracking information.
