Overview

This website and Gizato-operated online stores are operated by Tenson Holdings LLC doing business as Gizato Labs & Design Works (“Gizato,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below.

Products and orders

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, availability, and prices accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing, materials, lighting, and display settings.

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order because of an inventory error, pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, or other inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payments

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Payments are handled through the checkout or supported payment provider identified when the order is placed.

Direct Gizato purchases made through our Stripe-hosted checkout are fulfilled and supported by Gizato. The applicable shipping charge and tax are shown before payment. Completing checkout does not guarantee payment has cleared; orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed.

Product use

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, labels, warnings, dimensions, and instructions before use. Repair components must be measured for compatibility and installed carefully by an adult. Food products, seeds, and grow supplies should be stored and used according to their packaging and instructions.

Third-party marketplaces and links

Purchases completed through eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another third-party marketplace are also governed by that marketplace’s terms and buyer-protection rules. Third-party websites and services are operated independently from Gizato.

Intellectual property

The Gizato name, branding, product photography, product descriptions, designs, graphics, and other original store content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Prohibited use

You may not use this website or store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Related policies

Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
